    DEPOSIT SYSTEM AND HOW IT WORKS

    • $100 deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE.

    • Deposits apply to the cost of the tattoo.

    • Deposits go towards the research of your piece and drawing time.

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment you must notify a representative of Tattoo Nouveau within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment in order to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. Otherwise, your deposit will be lost.

    • There will be a limit of 1 reschedule per deposit.

    • If your artist cancels or reschedules you, you may ask for a full refund of your deposit.

    DO YOU TAKE WALK INS?

    - Our shop books by appointments only. Having an appointment gives us the time to really focus on you drawing and give you the best experience possible. 

    HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? Do you require a deposit? 

    - Please look through our artists portfolios and choose which artist would work best for you. You may then go to our consultation form section and complete the form to the best of your abilities. Wait time for a response can take up to three weeks. From there we will discuss pricing and availability. If you do decide to book we will require a deposit of $50-$100. This will go towards the cost of your tattoo as long as you follow the deposit slip. 

    WHAT IF I DONT HEAR BACK ABOUT MY IDEA? 

    - If you do not get a response from us this means we unfortunately will not be taking on your piece at the time. To limit our wait time we will only be taking a few clients at a time.

    WILL YOUR SHOP TATTOO A MINOR?

    - Sadly, we will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. No, not even with a parent or guardians consent. YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER. 

    CAN I SEE MY DRAWING BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT? 

    - Due to how busy we are, you will most likely not see your design until the day of your appointment to assure the best possible piece. 

    DO YOU HAVE A PIERCER? 

    - At this time we currently do NOT have a piercer at our shop.

    WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 

    - We do require at least a 48 hour notice to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If you do not let us know within this time frame you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit is only good for one cancellation/reschedule.
