Chelsea is an award-winning artist and has been tattooing for 8 years. She began her career as a tattoo artist at the debut of Tattoo Nouveau in 2013, apprenticing under owner/mentor Jessica Muessen. Prior to tattooing, Chelsea studied art at Frostburg State University, acquiring a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting, illustration, and art history in 2012. She enjoys many different styles and subject matters of tattooing including, but not limited to, color, color realism, floral, neotraditional, black and grey, watercolor, and realistic flags.
