Kacy started tattooing in 2015, and has been with Tattoo Nouveau since the beginning, apprenticing under Jessica Muessen. In addition to tattooing, she is certified in cosmetic brow tattooing. Kacy completed a BFA in oil painting from WVU prior to starting her apprenticeship. She enjoys floral work (black and gray and full color) and black and gray and color realism Neotraditional and Traditional, but is always open to other styles.
